There are certain instances where a sale is entered manually. This means the price and quantity are entered manually before checking out.

PS: This should only be done when the pricing at that moment does not tally with the market price, or when the pricing of the product is not showing or has not been uploaded into bloom.

To Record a sale manually,

  1. Head to your POS

  2. Enter Mutti ID or Continue as a guest (Depending on the client)

  3. Search for the product you are looking to sell.

  4. Once you find the product, click on the “3 vertical dots or Hamburger Sign” on the right side of the product that was searched.

  5. Click on “Record as a manual sale” (Fig 1)

A page pops up that allows you to fill in the Price, Quantity, and Type of unit. (Fig 2)

NB: The Add to Cart button will only turn Orange and clickable if all the requirements are met.

Once the product is added to the cart, it should show that it has been added manually.

Kindly proceed to check out once done and continue with the payment process.
