We consider a sale lost if the product is expired, out of stock, or unavailable for other reasons.

To record a sale as lost, kindly follow these steps :

  • Once logged into Bloom and searched for the Mutti Member or continue as a guest,

  • Search for the product in question. Once found, click on the three-dotted lines on the right side of the product. Another drop-down menu appears, allowing you to mark it as a lost sale or record it as a manual sale.

  • Click on 'Mark as a lost sale'. (Fig 1)

  • Another dialogue box appears requesting details of the product, mainly units, quantity, and reason for a lost sale.

  • When done, click on 'Record as Lost Sale'. You will be returned to the main product search page with a prompt showing the sale was marked as lost.
