Delivery Note uploads can only be performed by an mPharma Admin User with Stock upload privileges.
To upload Delivery Note data,
Click on the 'Settings' button located just above the Bloom online signal or the third button from the bottom left icons.

In the menu bar to your left, click 'Manage Facilities'.
Next is to filter the facility by country using the filter by country drop-down menu.
Once a country is filtered, kindly search for the facility to which you wish to upload the delivery note data.
Select 'Delivery Notes'.
Click on 'Upload Latest Delivery Note'.
Click on browse to select the file you wish to upload and click the upload button.
NB: Please make sure to save your excel file format in UTF-8 (Comma Delimited).
Once the upload is finished, a notification will appear on Slack in the #quality-rx-prod channel, confirming that the delivery note file has been successfully uploaded. In case the file fails to upload, a notification will still be visible on the Slack channel, indicating the specific error that needs to be corrected.
