This article addresses frequently asked questions about the newly introduced offline login feature on Bloom.

At what times will I be able to log in offline?

If you are unable to access the internet and are signed out of Bloom, you can still log in offline by opening a new tab and visiting bloom.mpharma.com. If you happen to sign out of your account without internet access, you will automatically be directed to the offline login page.

How long can I stay offline?

After logging in offline, you have 24 hours before being logged out. To continue using the service, connect to the internet and log back in online.

What happens if I forget my PIN?

If you forget your PIN, you need to contact your account admin to reset your offline PIN.

Can I use the same Bloom password instead of a PIN to log in offline?

No, whenever you are offline, and you are presented with the offline login page, you can only log in with your offline PIN and username and not your regular password.

What Bloom features can I access when offline?

While offline, you can still make sales to guests and existing Mutti members, and view your sales history. Once your internet connection is restored, the sales you made while offline will be automatically synced. However, you will have limited access to other features on Bloom, such as inventory and orders.

At what times will I be unable to log in offline?

If you have a new device, cleared your cache, or have never logged in to Bloom on the device you are using, you will not be able to log in offline. To access Bloom's offline login page, you must log in at least once while online on that device.
