Know what your Sales Sync Status means.

This article explains the various sync status of a sale in the sales history module

There are 3 main sales statuses in Bloom.

  • Synced - If your internet is working properly, every sale you make will be automatically synced, and you will see a 'Synced' status in your sales history.

  • Unsynced -If you are unable to connect to the internet, any sales you make will be saved on your computer and labelled as 'Unsynced'. Your sales information will be synced automatically when your internet connection is restored. However, it's important to keep in mind that if your sales are marked as 'Unsynced', and you clear your cache, the sale will be lost, and you will need to enter it again.

  • Failed - On rare occasions, you will see a sales status of ‘Failed’, which shows up because attempts to sync your unsynced sales were unsuccessful. In this case, you can check to ensure you have a stable internet connection and wait a couple of minutes to see if your sales sync. One troubleshooting will be to log out, log in and try again. Or change your internet service and try again. If your sales still show ‘failed’, reach out to support for assistance.
